I have so, so many thoughts and feelings about STAY. I'm glad to have experienced it, devastated that it's over, and exhausted from the experience. This book was deeply personal for me. Not because of Ash and Willow, it was Summer that reached into my soul. She was the embodiment of my baby sister. She too, burned bright and fast, spending her life searching for that illusive happiness. The bullet points of Summer's life lined up so closely to Hannah's it made me hurt for everyone involved. I could feel Willow's pain because it was my own. I am always in awe of AL Jackson’s writing but this book just touched all of the darkest parts of my heart, mind, and soul like others have never done. I’m thankful she entrusted the world with this magical piece of art, I will long treasure the experience it was.They say that each reader brings their own experiences into a book and for that reason, no one ever experiences the same story. STAY exemplifies that adage, for me. While others fell for Ash and Willow, my love for this book is rooted in a character who wasn’t present in many of the pages but without whom the book could not exist. She was the most vibrant and wonderful part of the book, as far as I was concerned. It was she, however, who colored every thought, every feeling, every moment of both Ash and Willow’s lives. She was the constant pulling them together and tearing them apart.
There are certain books that slowly and deliberately steal pieces of your heart, it’s done so carefully you don’t know you’re completely in love with the words, the characters, the author until you’re finished and you have to leave those pages and move on. This was STAY for me. The dark parts of Ash that he kept hidden stole pieces. The light and hope that was Willow stole more pieces. Summer and her overwhelming sadness stole the rest. I am completely, irrevocably in love with AL Jackson and this book. I know I will spend the next days thinking of STAY and wishing I could go back and relive each moment in the pages like I’d never been through them before.

Beautifully and flawlessly written. How do you write a review for a book that is so beautifully written? I have no words to describe the story of Willow and Ash. I laughed, I blushed, and I cried through the story of Willow and Ash catching their dreams. There is so much emotion flooding this story that you can't put it down. You get sucked in the vortex finding love.

This is one of those books that even though I have in ebook, I have to have a paperback. So I raise my glass and salute you Mrs. Jackson on a job fabulously done. I applaud you on all the blood, sweat and tears you poured into this amazing tale of love.
I have to be honest I can't believe I can fall in love with bad boy Ash like I did with Boz and Shea, like Lyric and Tama, but I did. How can a writer, author make you fall in love with this bad boy, wow. I really felt a connection to this couple. Kept wanting them to see just how good their lives would be if they just give in to their fears and let their guard down. If I had known what he had been through I would have understood why he felt the way he did and Poor Willow she had so much heartache I get why she wouldn't let herself feel but in only a L Jackson words and style this is story takes like in brings you through heartache, love wrenching disappointment that breaks your heart only to bring you out to the other side. I was so touched by Ash and Willow story that I can't get them out of my head. The pain they had suffered with loss of loved ones is so sad. You must read this book to see if they too finish the dance. Amy thank you for the emotional ride these two took me on I can't wait to see what's in store for Z

This book....wow. This was so raw, so beautifully written, so heartbreaking but yet I didn't want it to end. I think I have almost the entire book highlighted!
The story of 2 broken soul brought together by some force that you just can't explain. And an ending I never saw coming. Nope. I'm a puddle.
Ash....he is so beautiful. So swoony. So unbelievably well spoken, romantic and just my favorite book boyfriend ever! And I mean ever!
Willow. How beautiful was she! OMGOsh. She was unbelievable. So sweet. So innocent. Just looking for her forever who will give her the family that she always wanted to have so that she would never be lonely. And her Mama- well, let's just say that I have a lot in common with her. I have MS just like her mama did and that part just hurt my heart.
It's such a special story and one that will be reread time after time but I can honestly say it's one of my favorites of all time. From the first page, it pulls you in. It enters your soul. The beauty of this book...the beauty - it's like no other. Pulling at your heart strings. I'll never be able to look at a dandelion the same way again. No more pretending. Just stay.

Read it with the audio narration. It's the most beautiful audio book that I own. Zachary Webber and Andi Arndt bring their A game in their best narration yet! Amazing!
